Are these subscriptions?
No, every SEA product is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. No recurring fees, no auto-renewal.
A couple of the products work much better with a paid AI subscription, but it's never required by us:
- CSEP Application Helper and Professional Registration Helper: we recommend Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, or Microsoft 365 Premium (any one of them, ~£18/month, paid directly to Anthropic / OpenAI / Microsoft, not to us). Free tiers work for a few messages but hit context limits once the knowledge files are loaded.
- SEP Exam Prep, Requirements Engineering Toolkit, Systems Thinking Toolkit: no AI subscription needed. They're self-contained references you read and use.
If I buy one product and later want everything, do I get a discount?
No, individual products and Access All Areas are independently flat-priced. If you've already bought a single product and later decide you want the lot, the Access All Areas price is still the same flat £149 with no credit for prior purchases. Keeping it this simple avoids per-customer credit accounting on my side.
Will Access All Areas include future products?
No. Access All Areas is the three paid products currently listed (CSEP Application Helper, Professional Registration Helper, SEP Exam Prep) bundled at £149 instead of £207 separately. If a new paid product joins the SEA catalogue later, it's priced separately for everyone, AAA holders included.
What AAA does include is free updates to each product within the bundle: new chapters, new templates, new worked examples added to CSEP, PR, or SEP go to all owners automatically. The free toolkits (RE and ST) are independent of AAA and are free for everyone with an account.
What happens after I buy?
You'll receive a receipt and immediate access to your product's resource page on this site. The resource page contains setup instructions, the AI Helper system prompt with copy-to-clipboard, the workflow progress checker, and download links for the bundle files (knowledge files and templates).
If you've bought Access All Areas, you get access to every product's resource page automatically.
Can I share my purchase with colleagues?
Each membership is licensed for one individual. If your organisation wants to provide access to a team, email info@systemsadvisory.co.uk and we can arrange organisational licensing terms.
Refunds?
Digital products are made available on purchase, so you waive the 14-day statutory cooling-off period at checkout (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations standard practice for instant-download digital products).
If a product is faulty or substantially different from what's described on the sales page, email info@systemsadvisory.co.uk and we'll put it right, refund, replacement, or whatever makes sense. For change-of-mind cases after download, refunds are at our discretion and aren't usually possible because the bundle is already with you.
