Are these subscriptions?
No. Every paid Systems Engineering Advisory resource is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There are no recurring fees or automatic renewals.
The two application helpers require an AI account. A paid AI subscription is strongly recommended, but not required:
- CSEP Application Helper and Professional Registration Helper: the setup supports Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. Check each provider’s current plans, features and prices. Any paid plan is purchased directly from the provider. Free tiers can work, but lower limits and less capable models may make the process slower.
- SEP Exam Prep and the Requirements Engineering Toolkit: no AI subscription is needed. They run in the browser.
Use only an AI service, account and intended use approved for the information you intend to process. Do not upload classified, protectively marked, export-controlled, commercially restricted or employer-confidential material.
If I buy one resource and later want everything, do I get a discount?
No. Individual resources and Access All Areas are priced separately. Previous purchases are not credited towards the £149 bundle price.
Will Access All Areas include future paid resources?
No. Access All Areas includes the three paid resources currently listed: CSEP Application Helper, Professional Registration Helper and SEP Exam Prep. They cost £207 separately or £149 as the bundle. Any new paid resource will be priced separately.
The Requirements Engineering Toolkit is separate and free.
What happens after I buy?
You'll receive a receipt and immediate access to the resource you bought. SEP Exam Prep is used online. Each application helper has a customer page with setup instructions, the AI system prompt, a workflow tracker and its download files.
If you've bought Access All Areas, you get access to all three paid resources automatically.
Can I share my purchase with colleagues?
Each purchase provides an individual licence. If your organisation needs access for a team, email info@systemsadvisory.co.uk and I can discuss organisational licensing.
Refunds?
Paid resources are supplied immediately after checkout. At checkout, you will be asked to request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel will end once supply begins.
If a product is faulty or substantially different from what is described on the sales page, email info@systemsadvisory.co.uk and I will review the problem and the appropriate remedy. For change-of-mind cases after access or download, refunds are at my discretion and are not usually possible once the digital product has been supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
